Wer erhält Ihre Daten?

Über das Formular übermittelte Nachrichten werden per E-Mail an das SENSIKS-Team gesendet, damit wir Ihnen antworten können. Wir verkaufen Ihre personenbezogenen Daten nicht. Wir nutzen gegebenenfalls vertrauenswürdige Dienstleister (z. B. unsere E-Mail- und Website-Hosting-Anbieter), die Daten in unserem Auftrag auf Grundlage entsprechender Vereinbarungen verarbeiten. Sofern ein Dienstleister Daten außerhalb des Europäischen Wirtschaftsraums verarbeitet, greifen wir auf geeignete Schutzmechanismen wie die Standardvertragsklauseln der Europäischen Kommission zurück.

Wie lange wir Ihre Daten speichern

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterwards for follow-up and administration, after which it is deleted or anonymised. Server logs are kept only for a short period for security and diagnostics.

Your rights

Under the GDPR/AVG you have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you;
• have inaccurate data corrected;
• have your data erased;
• restrict or object to certain processing;
• data portability;
• withdraw consent at any time (this does not affect processing already carried out).

Cookies

Categories we use

• Strictly necessary — needed for the site to work (security, navigation, submitting the form). These are always active and do not require consent.
• Analytics — help us understand, in aggregate, how the site is used so we can improve it. CCM19 controls the relevant consent signals and any non-essential analytics storage according to the choice you make in the consent manager.
• Marketing & media — enable embedded media such as video and help measure campaigns. CCM19 controls the relevant advertising-storage, user-data and ad-personalisation consent signals according to the choice you make in the consent manager.

Embedded videos on this site are only loaded when you actively choose to play them, and where possible in a privacy-enhanced mode. You can also manage cookies through your browser settings.

Third-party services

To deliver the website we use a small number of third-party services, which may receive your IP address as a technical necessity of loading their content:

• Web fonts and content-delivery networks used to display the site correctly.
