Welke persoonsgegevens we verzamelen

We verzamelen alleen de gegevens die u ons vrijwillig verstrekt, plus beperkte technische gegevens die nodig zijn om de website veilig te laten functioneren.

Automatisch verzamelde gegevens

• Standaard serverloggegevens (zoals IP-adres, browsertype en de opgevraagde pagina's) worden gebruikt om de site veilig en beschikbaar te houden.

Wij vragen niet om bijzondere categorieën persoonsgegevens en verzoeken u geen gevoelige persoonlijke gegevens (zoals gezondheidsinformatie) in het vrije tekstveld op te nemen.

Why we use your data and our legal basis

• To respond to your enquiry and arrange demonstrations or pilots — on the basis of taking steps at your request prior to any agreement, and our legitimate interest in answering the people who contact us.

Wie ontvangt uw gegevens?

Berichten die via het formulier worden verzonden, worden per e-mail naar het SENSIKS-team gestuurd, zodat we u kunnen antwoorden. We verkopen uw persoonsgegevens niet. We kunnen gebruikmaken van vertrouwde dienstverleners (bijvoorbeeld onze e-mail- en websitehostingproviders) die namens ons gegevens verwerken op basis van passende overeenkomsten. Wanneer een provider gegevens buiten de Europese Economische Ruimte verwerkt, vertrouwen we op passende waarborgen, zoals de standaardcontractbepalingen van de Europese Commissie.

Hoe lang we uw gegevens bewaren

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterwards for follow-up and administration, after which it is deleted or anonymised. Server logs are kept only for a short period for security and diagnostics.

Your rights

Under the GDPR/AVG you have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you;
• have inaccurate data corrected;
• have your data erased;
• restrict or object to certain processing;
• data portability;
• withdraw consent at any time (this does not affect processing already carried out).

Cookies

A cookie is a small file stored on your device. We use CCM19 as our consent-management platform and ask for your consent before non-essential cookies or comparable technologies are used. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using Cookie settings. Cookie-instellingen.

Categories we use

• Strictly necessary — needed for the site to work (security, navigation, submitting the form). These are always active and do not require consent.
• Analytics — help us understand, in aggregate, how the site is used so we can improve it. CCM19 controls the relevant consent signals and any non-essential analytics storage according to the choice you make in the consent manager.
• Marketing & media — enable embedded media such as video and help measure campaigns. CCM19 controls the relevant advertising-storage, user-data and ad-personalisation consent signals according to the choice you make in the consent manager.

Embedded videos on this site are only loaded when you actively choose to play them, and where possible in a privacy-enhanced mode. You can also manage cookies through your browser settings.

Third-party services

To deliver the website we use a small number of third-party services, which may receive your IP address as a technical necessity of loading their content:

• Web fonts and content-delivery networks used to display the site correctly.
• Video platforms (for example YouTube) used for embedded media, loaded only on your interaction and, where available, in a no-cookie mode.
