Physical · Low-effort · Measurable
SENSIKS is an on-site multisensory wellbeing pod for demanding workplaces. It coordinates sight, sound, scent, airflow, temperature, light and tactile effects into one physical experience for recovery, focus and recharge — adding a tangible wellbeing layer alongside EAPs, apps and existing programmes.

Used across workplace, care and research environments
Chronic workplace stress can show up as absenteeism, presenteeism and turnover, while also affecting focus, emotional regulation and decision quality. For HR teams, the practical issue is straightforward: employees need a recovery option that is easy to access and realistic to use during the working day.
EAPs, coaching, apps and wellbeing programmes can each play a useful role. SENSIKS adds something different: a dedicated physical environment employees can use during the workday without learning a technique, scheduling a conversation or completing another digital task. It is designed to complement existing support, not replace it.
Most digital wellbeing tools work through content, coaching, conversation or self-guided exercises. SENSIKS changes the physical sensory environment around the person. The pod synchronises sight, spatial sound, scent, airflow, temperature, light and tactile effects into one controlled multisensory experience. The result is a low-effort setting for recovery, focus or recharge, with optional HRV, heart rate, respiration and EDA measurement where relevant and consented.
A typical workplace session takes around 12 minutes. The user selects an experience, steps into the pod and lets the multisensory environment do the work.
Select a ready to use session based on the moment, for example recovery, focus or activation.
The pod coordinates the selected visual, acoustic, airflow, temperature, scent and other supported sensory elements around the user.
After the session, users return to their workday. Where configured and consented, usage and physiological session data can support aggregated programme evaluation.
Choose from a growing library of multisensory experiences designed for different moments, from calming and recovery to activation, focus and readiness. Each experience coordinates visual content with sound, airflow, temperature, scent, light and tactile effects around the user.
Across 10+ years of development, research and deployment, the SENSIKS platform is used across 18+ research projects and by client organizations, including Fortune 500 companies, research organizations, healthcare environments and universities. Research and deployment contexts vary by protocol, setting and participant group.
SENSIKS is used as a multisensory research platform for studies involving controlled sensory stimulation, perception, physiological response, cognitive load and human experience.
SENSIKS is used in organizational and institutional environments spanning workplace, care, research and experience innovation, providing practical insight into installation, adoption and repeated use.
Where measurement is relevant and consented, session timelines can be aligned with physiological signals, participation and feedback to make response patterns observable and reviewable.
Organization names describe research, client or deployment context and do not imply endorsement of every SENSIKS statement. Individual physiological responses vary, and measurements should be interpreted in context of the protocol, setting and measurement method.
Optional physiological measurement can align HRV, heart rate, respiration and EDA with the session timeline, helping teams observe and review response patterns where measurement is relevant and consented.
Heart rate, RMSSD, IBI variability and a session response index shown together from the first to the last segment.
Smoothed app defined session response trend from the same recorded session, shown to illustrate how changes can be reviewed over time.
Charts show one recorded session for illustration and should not be read as a typical individual result. Physiological responses vary by person, protocol, setting and measurement method.
The SENSIKS platform is used across workplace, care, academic research, professional research and multisensory innovation environments, including Fortune 500 organizations, healthcare settings, research institutes and universities.
